High energy-efficiency thermal insulation with XPS, EPS, carbon EPS, rock wool and mineral wool.
Polystyrene: An organic material derived from petroleum. Its structure of numerous cells containing 98% trapped air gives the material a very high thermal insulation capability. Applications and Properties: A ceiling and floor element made of polystyrene, offering high thermal and sound insulation. Its material structure
Glass Wool is manufactured by melting basalt at high temperatures and drawing it into fibres. The raw material of the product is domestic. Depending on the application, the temperature and pressure to which it will be exposed, it can be manufactured in loose-fill, board, blanket and pipe forms using different thicknesses, densities, binder ratios and facing materials.
Carbon External Facade Insulation Board. A high thermal-insulation external facade insulation board made of expanded polystyrene rigid foam. It provides strong thermal insulation, does not lose its shape, is easy to apply, is waterproof and has ecological properties. With its carbon support, it blocks heat exchange. It provides 25% better insulation than equivalent materials. It contains no argon gas, one of the gases most harmful to human health.
BENEFITS. Used in curtain-wall facade insulation. Low lambda value 0.035. Reaction-to-fire class A1. Provides a high contribution to sound insulation. Its binder contains no phenol or formaldehyde. It has minimal dusting and does not cause itching. It is repellent to water droplets.
BENEFITS. Used in standing-seam roof and facade insulation. Low lambda value 0.037. Reaction-to-fire class A1. Provides a high contribution to sound insulation. Its binder contains no phenol or formaldehyde. It has minimal dusting and does not cause itching.
Rock Wool Wall Board. Rock Wool Partition Board. Rock Wool Facade Board. Rock Wool Roof Blanket
Thanks to the low thermal conductivity of XPS/Polyboard, it can be used with thinner external walls. It therefore provides more space in interiors. Water resistance: Because XPS/Polyboard is closed-cell, it absorbs no water at all. For this reason, it is used with confidence in inverted roof systems and in the external insulation of below-ground basement walls.
